Get To Know Reece.

"Reece has accomplished a vast amount in his career as an entrepreneur. From the volume of units built around the world that his companies have created, to the returns and solutions for his investors, Reece is known for his quick out-of-the-box ideas and innovative process."
LUKE | OPERATIONS AT  HUNTER JONES GROUP

Our CEO, Reece Mennie, has been the mind behind a vast array of high-level investment opportunities since his co-founding of Hunter Jones in 2013.

He cut his entrepreneurial teeth in a sales role acquired at age 15, holding no formal qualifications but discovering a flair for salesmanship and – as his career developed – an affinity for real estate. These qualities have seen Reece successfully build a number of successful business enterprises, including Hunter Jones, HJ Collection, and Bigas Marketing.

BACKGROUND

Today, Reece enjoys a well-earned reputation as a property investment and development expert, committed to sourcing capital and providing investors with strong returns while simultaneously playing a part in sustainably easing the UK’s current housing shortage. He has raised over £200M from private investors over the last few years, developing out over 1,000 units at a GDV in excess of £350m, completing over 30 projects in the last 5 years alone along with his development partners, providing an extraordinary track record of client success.

Having become a leading personality in the industry, especially on the back of his successful podcast series “Mennie Talks,” the B2B and property expert recently decided to use his entrepreneurial skills and resources to give back to the local community via the launch of the Dennis and Dyer Boxing Academy, helping people to improve their physical and mental health while nurturing the next generation of boxers.

Richard House Children's Hospice based in East London provides palliative care to children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions across London.

Opened in 2000, Richard House was London’s first children’s hospice. It was founded by our Life-President Anthea Hare, who was inspired by both her experience as a paediatric nurse at Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel and through helping her parents to look after her severely autistic brother.

Today we support more than 300 families from Newham, Barking, Dagenham, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Hackney, Redbridge, Haringey, Islington, Ilford, Camden and into South Essex.

Lupus UK

LUPUS UK is a cause which is extremely close to Reece Mennie’s heart. In 2015, Reece’s mother tragically passed away from Lupus and it’s for that reason Reece supports LUPUS UK.

Lupus is an illness of the immune system, and it’s incurable. It’s likely genetic and the main sufferers of the illness are females. It can affect any part of a sufferer’s body. It’s that fact that makes it very dangerous.

The frightening thing is that the actual number of Lupus sufferers is probably wildly underestimated. So, this is lupus. It’s a nasty illness. But the fightback is underway, led in Britain by LUPUS UK.

LUPUS UK has 5,000 members and a regional group network around the UK. They arrange medical talks, publish local newsletters, set up local meetings and organise fundraising events. For health professionals, they produce a range of high quality information for patients, carers and medical professionals
