We’re delighted to share some fantastic progress at our Cobham, Surrey development! In this update, Nestor Lisbey MCIOB, Head of Construction at HJ Collection, takes us through the latest milestones on our 13-unit scheme as the project continues to move forward at pace through Q4 2025. It’s great to see so much coming together across the site. Internally, tape and jointing has now been completed and rubbed down, with mist coating next on the programme. The team is working closely together, with painters, joiners, and tilers aligned to keep progress smooth and efficient. Kitchen installations are due to begin shortly, progressing from level one through to level two. The bathrooms are also shaping up well. Preparations are complete, with mist coating scheduled before moving straight into bath installations, floor and wall tiling, and final mechanical and electrical fixings. On level three, excellent progress has been made with the smoke shaft construction, which has now been pressure tested and exceeded the required standards. Fire barriers are being installed around windows and key structural areas, ensuring everything remains compliant and on track. Externally, the building is really starting to take shape. Window installations are ongoing, EPDM is being applied, and once cavity barriers are complete, brick slip installation will follow. All façade works are being delivered by our in-house team. With each milestone, we’re bringing this development one step closer to completion, and we’re delighted with the momentum heading into the end of the year.
