Welcome to the latest updates on our Weybridge, Surrey, development. This project represents a significant transformation, blending modern standards with practical features to meet today’s residential and environmental demands. The key updates showcased in this video are: 1. Building Regulation Design Submitted: A fully coordinated build regs pack has been submitted to the local authority for approval. 2. Site Set-Up Underway: Site welfare has been established, temporary electrics and water supply have been installed. Site boarding and security measures are currently in progress. 3. Soft Strip-Out & Demolition: We have begun the soft strip-out of the site and creating a clean canvas. Removal of lift shaft and stairs underway. 4. Scaffolding Installation: The scaffolding is currently being installed, marking significant progress in the development as we prepare for the next phase of construction.
